1. Local-First Architecture: What Stays on Your Machine
At ANVUM, we value your privacy above all. All core software products (such as Cuttify Pro and Denttify Clinical) run locally on your system.
Video and Audio Media (Cuttify): Raw footage, timeline edits, audio segments, and generated subtitles are processed completely offline on your own GPU/CPU. We never upload, stream, or store your creative media.
Clinical Patient Records (Denttify): Dental appointments, patient details, treatment plans, and chart images are stored on your local database files. They do not reside on our cloud databases.
2. What Data We Collect
We only collect the absolute minimum data required to manage your account, process payments, and validate licenses:
Account Info: Your email address, encrypted password, and full name (if provided) during sign-up to authenticate your account.
License Validation Data: Active product licenses, license key hashes, and basic device identifiers (such as hardware UUID hashes) to enforce device limits (max 5 active devices per license).
Billing & Payment Data: Payment details are processed directly and securely by our payment partners (Kashier, PayPal). We do not store credit card numbers on ANVUM servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your account and validation metadata are used exclusively for:
Verifying active licenses and allowing product downloads from your dashboard.
Preventing license fraud and managing device transfers.
Providing email support, bug fixes, and critical security notices.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal account information. We only share transaction metadata with payment processors (Kashier, PayPal) and email delivery services (Resend, Brevo) to send account activations and transactional receipt notifications.
5. Security of Your Metadata
The metadata that connects your licenses and devices is securely managed on Supabase and encrypted in transit using SSL. Local databases created by our apps on your machine are subject to your local device security. We recommend keeping your physical computer password-protected and encrypted (e.g., via BitLocker or FileVault) if you manage sensitive clinical patient data.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of your account profile metadata, deactivate specific registered devices from your dashboard, or delete your ANVUM account in full. Please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to request account deletion.
