2. Software Licenses

All software offered on this website is licensed, not sold, to you. ANVUM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the software on up to five (5) active personal or clinical devices owned and controlled by you, subject to the license type purchased (e.g., Lifetime License).

You may not distribute, lease, decompile, reverse engineer, or rent the software to third parties. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and will result in deactivation of your license keys without a refund.

3. Local-First Processing & Hosting

Our products are designed under a local-first architecture. All computationally heavy operations (such as Whisper AI audio transcription, silence trimming, and patient database storage) are processed entirely on your local computer.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining secure local backups of all data processed by the applications (including video files, timelines, and patient clinical records).
• Ensuring your physical hardware meets the technical requirements of the software (such as GPU capabilities for local AI models).
• Maintaining antivirus software and basic device security to protect your locally stored databases.

4. Medical Disclaimer & Clinical Use

For our clinical medicine applications (including Denttify Clinical):

The software is an administrative scheduling and patient planning utility. It does not provide medical or dental diagnostics, treatment recommendations, or professional clinical judgements. All clinical decisions, treatment plans, and patient interactions are the sole responsibility of the licensed practitioner. Under no circumstances shall ANVUM or the founder be liable for clinical errors or outcomes resulting from the use of the software.

5. Lifetime Licenses & Updates

Purchasing a "Lifetime License" grants you access to run the specific version of the application indefinitely. Minor updates, bug patches, and compatibility revisions are provided free of charge. Major version upgrades (e.g., v2.0) may be optional and subject to upgrade fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

ANVUM products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANVUM and its founder, Ahmed Nazif, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of business profits, video project corruptions, or clinic scheduling discrepancies) arising from the use or inability to use the software.
